Dr. Trina Clark, D.C., M.S.
Began her degree majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Jacksonville State University and graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, a Masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. She has a background in business and personal training and a love for athletics, weight training, and all things outdoors. Being a multi-sport athlete herself, she is passionate about chiropractic care in all aspects, but especially in regard to performance training and competition.
She comes from a large chiropractic family, and is passionate about helping everyone achieve health and wellness. She began her career in private practice at Enterprise Chiropractic and Wellness in Enterprise, Alabama, and continued serving a new community in Mobile, AL and in Canton, Ohio. After a lot of prayer and consideration, she is excited to serve the communities of Oxford and Athens through her own practice, Revitalize Chiropractic and Sport.

Afton Schulte
Licensed Massage Therapist
Afton is a 2018 graduate of the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. She holds licenses for Massage Therapy in both New Mexico and Alabama. Afton has a background with working in environments ranging from high-end spa, to sports therapy, corporate, and also chiropractic care. She excells at creating a personalized healing environment specific to your needs, and her goal is to have you leave feeling your best with your needs having been met.

30 Minute Massage
During a 30 min. massage our therapists typically focused on an area of complaint and does not include the whole body. This is a perfect appointment for you if you are limited on time or don’t want full body work.Can be coupled with cupping, hot stones, synergy stones for increased relaxation, tension and stress relief.
60 Minute Massage
The 60 minute massage treatment is designed for total relaxation. Our therapists treat the whole body to improve circulation and relieve stress and pain as muscles relax and loosen. Can be coupled with cupping, hot stones, synergy stones for increased relaxation, tension and stress relief.

Cupping
Cupping increases blood circulation and decrease pain in the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote muscle and cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
Hot Stones
Hot stones coupled with massage therapy helps to ease tension, muscle stiffness, and increase circulation and metabolism. Hot stones, coupled with massage, helps to increase blood flow throughout the body.

Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu massagetreatment is a deep pressure treatment, applied by thetherapist's feet, designed to put you into a state of blissfulrelaxation. Our therapist treats the whole body withintentional foot pressure to improve circulation, relieve stress,alleviate pain, and assist the body in detoxification.
